Recently upgraded to a totally sealed system under pressure, including the generating chambers plus sealed NEMA control enclosure with enhanced de-airing and self cleaning features!
Our COLL120 is slightly larger then the COLL50 yet provides more then twice the capacity, as we use (2) 75GPD RO filters in parallel, (2) DI filters in series, twice the silver electrode area and enhanced circulation in the processing chamber in addition to added dual PPM metering of the RO/DI lines.Recent upgrades include de-airing and an air accumulator
The production of a quality ionic colloidal silver (hydrosol, the only bio-available form) depends first on the quality of water used. We have achieved the ultimate in water purification, with our highly optimized 150 gallon capacity per day RO water purifier as the front end of our Coll120nE generator. Our units feed water (from city mains) is purified to better then 0.1 PPM, often referred to as semi-conductor grade or 18 meg water, via the utilization of absolute prefilters, the highest capacity 0.5 micron charcoal filter (20,000 gallons chlorine removal) and the best RO membranes available (pretested for maximum reject rate), before our mixed bed semi-conductor grade DI resin polishes it to the highest possible purity!
| Over five years in development yet we find enhancements monthly - our latest is the a totally sealed and pressurized system with enhanced self cleaning electrodes via pre de-airing of the process water. The use of a 99% rejection membrane can save 80% of the DI resin costs over the typical 95% membrane and of course reduce service and maintenance costs. |
DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS
Replacement filter cartridges are $26 for a washable 0.2 micron sediment filter, $24 for 0.5 micron Charcoal filter,
$36 for DI filters and $100 for tested reject RO membrane. Most are good
for over 5,000 gallons except each DI
filter will last only about 750 gallons ($0.04/gallon). The (24) 1 oz
silver electrodes are good for about 16,000 gallons and costs about
$400 so is 2 cents per gallon! The final product filter should last
forever and will contain some salvagable silver!
NOTE 2: Overseas units include a 50 PSI pressure pump so can work off gravity fed water supplies.
OPTIONAL BOTTLING STATION
Optional
bottle filling station is available at $495 extra (fills 2oz. up to
2 liter size). In sealed NEMA box are the positive displacement pump, 12
Volt DC power supply, "Start" pushbutton, electronic controls and ten
turn potentiometer. Unit fills bottle at the press of a button, with
auto-shutoff at end of each fill cycle.
Changing bottle size (2) oz to 64 ounce) takes only a few seconds,
adjusting a knob!
