Specifications and Features of the MED100 - 100 Gallon/Day Medical grade Generator Capacity - over 4 gallons per hour of sub-micron final filtered 5+ PPM Ionic Colloidal Silver of a good hydrosol grade purity. Electrodes - self cleaning process is silent, for lab use. The electrode set is good for over 10,000 gallons of ionic silver colloid. Water Processor - integrated semiconductor grade 5 stage RO/DI filters produce up to 180 gallons per day of ISO 3696 Grade 1 water, equivalent to double distilled! Construction - Stainless Steel stand, frame and housing with drip pan and sump pump for pressurized disposal of RO brine waste plus inadvertent spills or possible leakage. Pumps - Quiet LVDC power, on-demand diaphragm pumps with built-in pressure cutout switch. FDA Potable water grade with Viton seals and Sanoprene diaphragms. A sump pump provides pressure discharge of waste to your drain. Storage - Free standing 160 gallon HDPE storage tank with float valve, for automated system cycle off, when tank is full. Product is available from faucet on the generating unit, at one gallon per minute rate, being drawn from the storage tank by a pressure pump! To assure ultimate purity, a UV germicidal lamp and sub-micron air filter will be fitted in the storage tank. (Overseas customers must obtain a HDPE tank locally, which compensates for the prepaid Air freight differential.) Waste water - RO brine water and any waste is pumped to your waste drain. Silver residue is collected for recovery, to meet all OSHA and EPA discharge restrictions. Quite design - new mechanized cleaning of electrodes, makes the process nearly silent. An input line pressure pump prevents RO capacity limiting by local water pressure dips, even allowing a roof cistern water source. Dual stage DI filters with exhaustion indicator and bypass valves, so no down time during cartridge changeout. Minimal maintenance - limited to a few minutes daily to cleaning the electrodes, and a weekly filter change and flush. Designed for totally unattended operation with shutoff when tank is full. Input power - broad 120 to 240 Volts input at under 250 watts, suited for any country! Input water - demand is less then 16 gallons per hour! Replacement filter cartridges are $18 for the sediment filter, $24 for Charcoal filter,

about 5,000 gallons and costs about $100 so is 2 cents per gallon! The final product filter
